His work with Mandela Washington Fellows includes facilitating micro-budget filmmaking workshops in Equatorial Guinea and co-producing Hip Hop Film Fest Abidjan in Cote d’Ivoire and Hip Hop Film Fest Nairobi in Kenya. DIPLOMACY

Rich offers a wide range of projects tailored to diverse needs, from educational workshops and corporate training programs to community-based initiatives and documentary filmmaking. Domestically, he has conducted film and beatboxing workshops at Harvard University, led programs for the National Black Children's Development Institute, and presented to students and faculty at Columbia College in Chicago. He has created compelling content for prestigious institutions such as the Hip Hop Museum and HCCI - Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement.
